One term project on client-server programming to create a web server and proxy. 開放式系統互連（OSI）參考模型。TCP/IP 概論。局域網及廣域網。網絡層及其協議。傳輸層及其協議。應用層協議實例：HTTP 。網絡安全：防火墻、加密套接字協議層（SSL）及私鑰和公鑰加密系統。實用項目（學期內完成）是通過客戶 － 服務器編程，實現網絡服務器和代理服務器的功能。
