Overview	Long Description	This course builds on the concepts introduced in FINA2010 and aims to provide students with advanced study of corporate investment and financing decisions. Major topics covered include working capital management, capital budgeting, capital structure, sources of financing, dividend policy, leasing, and mergers and acquisitions. 1. Prerequisite: FINA2010 or 2011 or 2110 or 2310 or permission from instructor. 2. Not for students who have taken ECON3540.	本科以FINA2010 所介紹之觀念為基礎，旨在為學生提供對公司投資及融資決策較深入之探討。主要內容包括營運資金管理、資本預算、資本結構、融資來源、股息政策、租賃及合併與收購等。
