Overview	Long Description	This course discusses the economic and environmental problems in the acquisition and use of funds by financial institutions. The emphasis is on the fundamental principles underlying the organization and management of a commercial bank. Considerations are given to recent developments in banking regulations, electronic banking, asset and liability management, various major policy areas and their interrelationships.	本科討論金融機構在吸收與運用資金時應考慮之經濟與環境問題。內容著重討論商業銀行組織與管理之基本原理。考慮範圍包括近年銀行法例之發展、銀行電腦化、資產與負債管理及銀行主要業務政策之制定及其相互之影響。
