Overview	Long Description	Principles of operating systems: process management, memory management, file system, protection and security. Design and implementation methodology, performance evaluation. Case studies. Concurrent Programming. Prerequisite: ESTR2102 or CSCI2100 or 2520. For senior-year entrants, the prerequisite will be waived.
